Meet Eloise O'Reilly

Eloise is a Psychologist and founder of Awakenings Psychology.

Eloise is passionate about embracing and nurturing her clients' humanness - providing a safe and supportive space to explore with them their inner selves. She helps her clients to understand and nurture themselves, supporting them towards a truer and happier self. 

Eloise's approach is holistic and relational, centering from the healing nature of the therapeutic relationship and the sense of agency this can bring. She journeys longer-term with clients and can help with:

- High Sensitivity (HSP - cultivating a life which embraces the unique strengths and gifts that come with the trait of high sensitivity)
- Anxiety

- Depression
- Grief and loss
- Stress
- Abuse
- Life adjustment
- Interpersonal struggles

- Trauma (informed by Internal Family Systems therapy and by Eye Movement Desensitisation & Reprocessing - EMDR - see FAQs for further information)
- Our relationship with ourselves (our sense of self, identity and self-esteem, self affirmation)

Eloise holds her Masters in Applied Psychology (Counselling) from the University of Queensland and registration as a Counselling Psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency.

Awakenings Psychology is an LGBTQIA+ friendly practice.
